We proudly held the graduation ceremony of our P.A.C.E. training program which we run together with our strategic business partner PVH at Fetih Academy.
With the P.A.C.E Program, 30 hours of training was provided to women working in ready-made clothing, training topics are ; communication, time and stress management, problem solving and decision-making methods. We would like to thank PVH group for their all support and efforts in the P.A.C.E. training program and for their participation in our graduation ceremony.
Our female employees also thanked General Manager İhsan Kısacık for supporting women’s leadership and development and gave him a plaque of appreciation.
The graduation ceremony was celebrated by cutting the cake. We are taking more confident steps towards the future and we know that a woman changes, the world changes.
