Orientation Training is provided to newly hired personnel by the Human Resources Department in collaboration with the employee’s Department Manager.

The purpose of the Orientation Training is to introduce the company to the employees and to acquaint them with their duties and responsibilities and familiarize them with the company’s goals, vision and core values, policies, company organizational structure, operational processes, social rights, responsibilities, occupational safety measures, and more.
