On April 15–16, 2025, we held a training “Analytical Thinking and Effective Decision-Making”, led by Mr. Numan Nusretoğlu, Factory Manager of Malatya Fetih Tekstil-1.

The training took place at Malatya Fetih Tekstil-1 and Fetih Tekstil-3 factories, covering important topics such as
what analytical thinking really means, how we can improve this skill, and what to pay attention to during decision-making processes.

We’re happy to share that 57 of our colleagues participated in this meaningful training.
