The Kaizen approach, which encourages continuous improvement, is getting stronger in our company every day thanks to the contributions of all of you.

Recently, we held a Kaizen Award Ceremony to thank our colleagues at our Malatya factories (Malatya Fetih Tekstil -1 and Malatya Fetih Tekstil -3) for adding value to the company with their Kaizens.

During the ceremony at Malatya Fetih Tekstil -1, we presented awards to team members from both factories who shared Kaizen ideas throughout 2024 and earned points.
